Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your ride. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related reschedules are always free.

3. BYOB Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, including alcoholic drinks. All riders consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid ID. Glass containers are strictly prohibited on the bike. Austin Bar Bike is not responsible for providing or serving alcohol.

4. Safety & Conduct

All riders must follow the instructions of their driver at all times. Riders must remain seated while the bike is in motion. Austin Bar Bike reserves the right to end a ride early if any rider engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Assumption of Risk

Riding on a party bike involves inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Austin Bar Bike carries commercial liability insurance but is not liable for injuries resulting from rider negligence or intoxication.

6. Age Requirements

All riders are welcome. Riders under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol consumption is restricted to riders 21 and older.

7. Photos & Media

Austin Bar Bike may take photos or videos during rides for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your driver.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
